Stir-fried Multigrain Rice with Hijiki 海带芽炒五谷饭

简单又很有营养的海带芽炒五谷饭,我都会把材料准备好,下班回家后就可以马上做来吃。海带芽是海帶的初生部位,是一种海草,能生吃。海帶芽的熱量低,很适合愛美的女性,而且
海帶芽含大量的胶质和钙质,是抗老化不可缺少的元素,女性美容,肌肤弹性光滑全靠它!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil,
  • 2 bowls of cooked multigrain rice
  • 2 tablespoon of hijiki (soaked, in hot water, discard water)
  • 1/2 carrot (shredded)
  • 1/4 of small Beijing cabbage (shredded)
  • sesame and Nori (seaweed)

主料:

  • 芝麻油3汤匙,
  • 2碗煮熟的五谷饭
  • 海带芽2汤匙(浸泡在热水中,沥干水)
  • 半个胡萝卜(切丝)
  • 1/4的小北京白菜(切丝)
  • 芝麻和海苔丝(紫菜)

How to cook:

  • Heat the sesame oil in a large wok over medium heat.
  • Add the carrot and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and Hijiki and stir-fry for 2 minute.
  • Add the cooked multigrain rice to the wok and stir fry, tossing often, for 3 minutes or until well combined and heated through.
  • Flavour it with a pinch of salt or soy sauce.
  • Garnish it with toasted sesame and Nori. Enjoy!

做法:

  • 在锅里,中火加热炒烧麻油。
  • 加入胡萝卜丝炒3分钟,再加入包菜丝和海带芽翻炒2分钟。
  • 加入煮熟的五谷米饭入锅翻炒3分钟直均匀。
  • 用少许盐或酱油。
  • 洒上烤芝麻和紫菜丝就可以享用了!
