Skincare retailer, L’Occitane opened their first cafe in Taiwan in Dec 2012. Having read about it from an online article that gave the cafe a sparking review praising the cafe’s beautiful setting with its great atmosphere. With such a good review, I just had to visit the cafe myself during my Taiwan trip
The water colour painted menus are so lovely with French impressionism style painting, while the cafe interior follows the southern French countryside design with its high ceiling, light yellowish wall, wooden beams and furnitures complete with an antique chandeliers, giving the place a homely and cozy feel.
Lavender Chicken Croissant, chicken breast that marinated with lavender buds, it tastes slightly sweet and subtly floral flavour adds a unique taste.
Verbena Tea that is good for digestion system。
Can’t miss the Ratatouille!! This is a traditional dish from the south of France. The vegetable stews cooked from summer vegetables which are tomato, eggplant, zucchini, and capsicum. I like it as It goes very well with the bread.
The wash room with the house brand of hand soap and moisturiser, it’s very thoughtful and good service.
