Mushroom and Basil Fritata

厨房开工了!!! 诚意推出 “Mushroom & Basil Fritata 九层塔.蘑菇意式烘蛋” … ^_^


  • 4 portabello mushroom
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 50ml of fresh milk
  • 1 handful of mozzarella cheese


  • 4朵 Portabello 蘑菇
  • 4瓣蒜末
  • 1把新鮮羅勒葉
  • 2個中等雞蛋
  • 50毫升鮮牛奶
  • 1把莫扎里拉奶酪


  • Saute the minced garlic in olive oil till fragrant, add in the sliced portabello mushroom.
  • Stir fry the mushroom until juices start to flow.
  • Chop the fresh basil leaves. Whisk the eggs with the fresh milk.
  • Put the mushroom and basil leaves in a baking dish, pour in the beaten eggs. Top the dish with mozzarella cheese.
  • Baked in preheated oven of 180°C for 15 minutes till the cheese turn golden brown.


  • 用少许橄榄油爆香蒜蓉,加入切片蘑菇。
  • 蘑菇翻炒,直到蘑菇汁开始流出。
  • 将新鲜罗勒叶切碎。混合鲜牛奶将鸡蛋打匀。
  • 将蘑菇和罗勒叶放入在烤盘中,倒入打好的鸡蛋汁。然后,洒上马苏里拉奶酪。
  • 放入预热烤箱,烤15分钟为180°C,至奶酪转金黄色。
