Chinese Spinach Soup 苋菜蛋花汤

简单又很有营养的苋菜蛋花汤,小朋友和爸爸妈妈都应该常吃。^_^*
This simple and nutritious soup is something that mom can cook often for the family.

Ingredient (serves 4):

  • 50g of Big Dried Anchovies (Ikan Bilis)
  • 1000ml of water
  • 2 bunch of Chinese spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 fish balls
  • some wolf berries
  • dash of soy sauce

材料(4人份):

  •     50克的大江鱼仔 (Ikan Bilis)
  •     1000ml水
  •     2把苋菜
  •     2个鸡蛋
  •     10颗鱼丸
  •     一些枸杞
  •     酱青少许

Instructions:

  • Boiled the Ikan Bilis in water for 35mins, first 10mins with high fire till boiling, followed by 25mins over medium fire.
  • Filter the Ikan Bilis stock, heating the stock again, adding in Chinese spinach, fish balls and wolf berries.
  • Beat the eggs, and add into the soup.
  • Ready to serve once the fish balls is cooked.

做法:

  •     大江鱼仔和1000毫升的水一起煮沸,前10分钟用大火烧至沸腾,然后改用中火25分钟。
  •     过滤江鱼仔汤底,再次加热,加入苋菜,鱼丸和枸杞。
  •     将鸡蛋打散,并加入到汤中。
  •     鱼丸煮熟后,享用。
