Avocado Chocolate Shake 鳄梨巧克力奶昔

鳄梨果,营养价值高,又称为 “美容圣果”!女生们可以喝这个来当早餐,或取代午餐。

Ingredient (serves 2):

  • 1 Avocado
  • 200ml fresh milk (or low-fat milk)
  • 1 handful of Hershey’s Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
  • Half tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh milk
  • Oat flakes and mixed nuts (for garnishing)

主要成份(2人份):

  • 1个鳄梨(牛油果)
  • 200毫升鲜牛奶(或低脂牛奶)
  • 1把Hershey的半甜巧克力片
  • 半汤匙橄榄油
  • 4汤匙鲜牛奶
  • 燕麦片或混合坚果(用于点缀)

Instructions:

  • Melt the chocolate chips with olive oil and that 4 tablespoons of fresh milk over the low fire till the chocolate sauce turns runny and creamy.
  • Place avocado and 200ml milk, into a blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Use the chocolate sauce as the base, pour the avocado puree on top of it.
  • Garnish with Oat flakes and mixed nuts. Ready to serve.

做法:

  • 用低火融化橄榄油,4汤匙牛奶和巧克力片至顺滑,这是巧克力酱。
  • 将牛油果,200毫升牛奶,放入搅拌机中打至象奶昔一样。
  • 巧克力酱为底层,然后加入酪梨奶昔。
  • 装饰用燕麦片或混合坚果。享用!
