Apple and Pumpkin Soup

下雨天… 来碗热腾腾 Apple Pumpkin Soup 苹果南瓜汤! 满足… (>_<)

Ingredient (serves 4):

  • Half of medium pumpkin (500G)
  • 2 medium red apples
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1000ml of chicken broth (I used Swanson Chicken broth)
  • 1/2 cup of thickened cream
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme


  • 中等南瓜一半(500G)
  • 2个红苹果
  • 2个中等胡萝卜
  • 1000ml的鸡汤(我用 Swanson鸡汤)
  • 1/2杯生奶油
  • 1 茶匙百里香香料


  • Remove the skin of the apple pumpkin and carrots cutting them into chunks.
  • Boil the chunks with chicken broth for 45mins over a medium fire adding in a teaspoon of thyme herbs.
  • Leave to soup to cool down before blending the soup in a blender till a creamy texture.
  • Reheat the soup, adding in cream to taste.
  • Ready to serve.
  • 削去苹果,南瓜和胡萝卜的皮,切成块状。
  • 加入一茶匙百里香,鸡汤和苹果,南瓜,胡萝卜一起用中火煮45分钟。
  • 让汤凉下来,用搅拌器打至顺滑为止。
  • 再加热汤,加入奶油。享用。
